目前的振动桩锤可以分为两大类。一类采用回转式激振动器,也是通过偏心轴(重心与回转中心不重合的轴或带有偏心块的轴)的旋转运动来产生振动;另一类采用往复式激振器,通常是液压油驱动活塞在缸体内往复运动而产生振动。采用回转式激振动器的,如果激振器的驱动装置为电动机,则是电动式振动桩锤;如果激振器的驱动装置为液压马达,则是液压式振动桩锤。这种液压式振动桩锤在我国应用量越来越大,其中既有进口的,也有国产的。采用回转式激振动器的振动桩锤,可以数台、数十台联结起来同步振动,以用于超大型预制桩施工。

注意一、振动开始时,应用电铃或其它方式发出信号,通知周围人员离开。
1. When start to vibrate, itwill use electric bell or other methods to transmit signal toinform people to leave.
注意二、振动打桩机配合射水、吸泥下沉时,应与有关人员预先联系,并在工作中互相关照。
2. When vibrating pilerig with water injection, suction mud sinking, the relatedpersonnel should be contacted first and take cared each other.
注意三、振动锤与桩帽,桩帽与管柱(或桩)平面要垫平,联结螺栓应拧紧,并应经常检查是否有松动。
3. Vibrating hammer and pile cover, pile coverand hollow tube pile surface need to even, and coupling bolt needto tighten and check whether loosen or not often.
注意四、振动锤的启动应由低速档逐档加快到高速。
4. The operation of vibratinghammer should gradually from low gear to high gear.
注意五、振动锤在工作中应密切注视控制盘上电流、电压的指示情况。若发现异响或其它异常情况,应立即停机检查。
5. Vibratoryhammer should closely pay attention to the condition of current andvoltage on the control panel during operation. If find somethingunusual, should stop the machine and check immediately.
注意六、经常检查轴承温度及轴承盖螺钉是否有松动现象,要严格检查偏心铁块联结螺钉有无松动,防止发生事故。
6. Check whetherbearing temperature and bearing cap screw, and strictly checkeccentric iron joint screw are loosen or not to preventaccidents.
注意七、接长管柱或桩及安装桩帽时,工作人员必须佩戴安全带。
7. Workers should wear safetybelt when jointing long string or installing pile hat.
注意八、振动下沉过程中,严禁进行机械的保养、维护工作。
